Common questions
- What if my firm has more than 25 counselors?
- That's the Multi-Site / TPA Panel tier — unlimited counselor seats and unlimited active cases, plus API access, SSO/SAML and a dedicated success manager. It starts at $1,199/mo and is quoted rather than self-serve, so get in touch and we'll scope it with you.
- Can I add seats mid-cycle?
- Yes. Extra counselor seats are $35/mo each on Solo, Practice and Firm, and extra active cases are $15/mo per 25-case block. Multi-Site includes both.
- We already pay for a SkillTRAN-class tool — do we still need this?
- Rehabilitation Management Suite is a practice-operations layer, positioned alongside deep occupational-analytics tools rather than against them — but many firms fully replace them once billing and caseload consolidate into one system.
- What happens if I exceed my case limit?
- You get a warning at 80% usage, then the choice of an add-on block or an upgrade. Never a silent overage charge.
